Abstract: Based on the quantitative research on nuclear power plant (NPP) operator'spsychological characteristics and performance, the Borda's method of fuzzy mathematicscombined with the character of operator's task is used to evaluate their abilities. Theresult provides the reference for operator's reliability research and psychological evalua-tion.
