不锈钢管的电解去污实验

  • 摘要: 采用金属球导电法对不锈钢管进行电解去污,考察了电流密度、电解液浓度和温度以及电极间距等对电解去污效率的影响,并与常规槽式电解法进行了比较。钚污染模拟样的电解去污试验结果表明:当电流密度大于 0.2 A/cm~2时,对 5%H_2SO_4 电解液,电解 5min 可实现对污染表面的去污。该方法对不同形状的金属部件均可实现有效去污,也可用于退役核设施的去污。

     

    Abstract: A new electrolytic decontamination method used metal balls as conducting anode wasinvestigated. The influences of current density, solution property and diameter of pipes on effi-ciency of electrolytic decontamination were examined and the effiency of this method was com-pared with that of common electrolytic method under the same experimental conditions. Decon-tamination of samples of stainless steel pipes contaminated by plutonium was performed. Ex-perimental results indicate that decontamination of stainless steel pipes contaminated byplutonium can be achieved at the optimum conditions of greater than 0.2 A·cm~(-2) current den-sity, 5% sulfuric acid electrolyte and 5 min electrolysis. This method can be used in the decon-tamination of a wide variety of decommissioned metal matierals.
