三氧化二铬-聚苯乙烯单层复合靶丸的制备

  • 摘要: 在聚苯乙烯(PS)中掺杂金属元素可为微球打靶过程提供诊断信息。以Cr_2O_3-PS复合材料为原料,采用微封装法通过两步乳化制备出掺杂Cr_2O_3的PS复合靶丸,Cr_2O_3在球壳内掺杂均匀,表面粗糙度低于30 nm。

     

    Abstract: The polystyrene pellets doped with Cr_2O_3, made by emulsion technique wereprepared. Three different solutions including two water and one oil phases were used forthis process. The W_1 phase (water) was mixed with the O phase (3% Cr_2O_3-PS solu-tion, benzene and dichloromethane mixture as the solvent) to form W_1/O emulsion.The W_1/O phase was poured into 5% PVA aqueous under stirring. Then this processfollowed with other post--treating means: washing and drying. Parameters of the typicalCr_2O_3-PS hollow shells fit the requirement of ICF experiments.
