氧化层对钛吸附与解吸氘的动力学影响研究(Ⅰ)——吸氘动力学

  • 摘要: 应用反应速率分析方法,测定了钛片和表面有氧化层的钛片在恒容体系和475~680℃范围内吸氘反应的速率常数,得到钛片和400℃氧化5h和2h的钛片吸氘反应的表观活化能分别为(112±2)、(181±4)和(115±3)kJ/mol;钛表面氧化层越厚,表观活化能越大;氧化层具有阻氘性能。

     

    Abstract: The deuterium absorption behavior of titanium and titanium with oxide layer in a constant volume system was investigated in the temperature range of 475 to 680 ℃. A method of the reaction rate analysis was used and examined for determining the rate constant. The activation energy values obtained by this analysis for absorption of titanium and titanium oxided for 2 and 5 h at the temperature of 400 ℃ are (112±2),(181±4) and (115±3) kJ/mol, respectively. Thicker the surface oxide layer of titanim is, (larger) the activation energy values are. The experimented results prove the oxide layer has the property of blocking deuterium.
