测定钽中碳的红外吸收方法研究

摘要: 应用LECOCS 444红外碳硫测定仪对高纯钽粉中碳的分析方法进行了条件实验,对助熔剂的种类、用量及称样量等进行了实验和总结,选择最佳测定条件,取得了满意结果。钽粉试样分析结果的相对标准不确定度优于10%,碳标准加入到高纯钽粉中的回收率为91%~114%。Abstract: The paper concerns in the infrared absorption method for determination of carbon content in the high-purity tantalum powder. The type and amount of flux and sampling amount were studied and optimized conditions of releasing carbon were obtained. The analytical results are satisfactory. The uncertainty is less 10%, and the recovery of carbon is in the range from 91% to 114%.
