间苯二酚/甲醛泡沫微球制备技术
Preparation of Resorcin-Formaldehyde Low-density Polymer Foam Microshells

摘要: 利用多次乳化技术制备了间苯二酚/甲醛泡沫微球。讨论了催化剂浓度、反应物配比以及反应温度对凝胶化的影响,确定了最佳的微球合成条件。制备得到了孔洞直径和骨架尺寸均为几十纳米、密度约为50 mg/cm3、直径为150~270μm的泡沫微球。Abstract: Low-density polymer foam microshells were prepared by resorcin-formaldehyde solution polymering combined with emusion.The density is about 50 mg/cm~(3),(diameter) is in the range of 150 to 270 μm,and spherity is more than 95% for prepared foam microshell.
