• 摘要: 采用溶胶-凝胶技术,以多聚硅(E-40)为源,通过表面修饰工艺,在常压条件下制备了SiO2气凝胶。采用扫描电镜1、3C和29Si核磁共振谱以及孔径分布仪对SiO2气凝胶的微结构进行了表征,并用微量电子真空吸附天平对SiO2气凝胶的吸附特性进行了研究。结果表明:SiO2气凝胶具有纳米多孔结构、较好的疏水和亲水可调性,是一种极好的高吸附材料。

     

    Abstract: A method to prepare silica aerogels is described.Polyethoxydisiloxanes(E-40) was used as silicon source and silica aerogels dried at ambient pressure were prepared via sol-gel process and surface modification.Scanning electronic microscopy(SEM),~(13)C,~(29)Si nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectra and pore size distribution measurement were used to characterize the morphology and pore structure of the silica aerogels.Super-micro electron balance in vacuum was used to determine the adsorption capacities of the silica aerogels.The results show that the silica aerogels with nano-(porous) structure,good adsorption properties,and adjustable hydrophobic and hydrophilic property are suitable for different adsorptive applications.
