高温退火对TZM合金拉伸性能的影响

  • 摘要: 通过室温拉伸试验和组织断口形貌观察,研究了TZM合金在不同退火温度下的性能与组织变化现象。结果表明,随着退火温度升高,TZM合金抗拉强度下降,塑性增强。研究中观测到,材料基体存在较多的夹杂缺陷,不同退火温度使夹杂的尺寸发生变化是影响力学性能改变的主要因素。

     

    Abstract: Varieties of structure and performance on TZM alloy in different anneal temperature are studied through stretch test on room temperature. It was found that tensile strength decline and plasticity increase as temperature rising. A mass of impurities have been observed, and the sizes of them become larger because of temperature, that is the mostly factor.
