Analysis of Inter-Diffused Layer of Nb-1Zr/316L Forming by Annealing at Elevated Temperature After Explosive Welding

  • 摘要: 研究了Nb1Zr合金与316L不锈钢爆炸焊在1300℃退火后形成的互扩散层。该互扩散层宽度约为80μm。用透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析观测到该扩散层中有大量针状析出相产生。经选区电子衍射(SADP)技术测定,析出相为亚稳定的ζ(Nb,Ni)相,基体相为(Ni,Cr,Nb,C)Feα合金。

     

    Abstract: After the explosive welding, specimens were annealed in vacuum at elevated temperature of 1 300 ℃, and the inter-diffused layers were formed in interface of Nb-1Zr and 316L stainless steel. The length of the inter-diffused layer is about 80 μm. There are a mass of needle shape precipitated phases in the inter-diffused layers, which are identified to be metastable phase cph ζ-(Nb,Ni) by select area diffraction pattern(SADP) method,and the bulk phase is belong to (Cr, Ni, Nb, C) Fe-α phase.
