摘要: 文章介绍高纯锗探测器液氮自动补给系统的总体结构、控制原理以及电路的选取和特点，并简要说明了软件实现的功能。Abstract: The auto-filling system of liquid nitrogen for the HPGe detector array was developed. The gross structure, control process, circuit, software and characteristics of the system are presented in the paper.
