Techniques for Evaluation of Discrepant Data

Abstract: Several methods of evaluating the discrepant data are described and compared in the paper. On the basis of these characteristics, a double-mean method of evaluating the discrepant data is proposed. The application is given by using the measured half-life for 7Be and 90Sr as an example.
