Abstract: The half-life of ⁷⁹Se was calculated by using log ft systematics method. Based on the data analysis and comparison with experimental data the half-life of ⁷⁹Se was recommended. The decay scheme for ⁷⁹Se was also shown and the radiation data were calculated.
