Scattered Correction in Industrial X-ray Computerized Tomography

  • 摘要: X射线工业CT(ICT)依赖准直器压低散射光子存在实际困难和不足。为解决这一问题,需采用相应的修正软件加以校正。文章从理想的模型出发,近似推导透射式ICT中散射X光子的理论计算公式,并把计算结果与实验结果进行比较。比较结果表明,两者吻合较好。据此,文章给出了散射光子软件修正的可行性方案。

     

    Abstract: There exist many difficulties and deficiencies only depending on collimators to depress the scattering photon in industrial X-ray computerized tomography(ICT). In order to solve these questions it is necessary to correct for scattered photons. Based on a ideal model the theoretical formula on scattered photon calculation for industrial X-ray computerized tomography was deduced. The scattered photon numbers were calculated by present formula, and were compared with that from experiments. It is seen that both the calculated and the experimental scattered photon numbers are in agreement. Meanwhile the feasible plan is put forward for the software correction of scattered photons in ICT.
