摘要: 利用结晶固体的释光技术在BG2003释光谱仪上获得了MgSO4、CaF2、CaSO4、LiF以及石英和LiF(Mg,P,Cu)剂量片热释光的释光光子能量。为固体能带理论的研究提供了具体数据。Abstract: Energy of luminescence photon emission from the thermoluminescence of MgSO4, CaF2, CaSO4, LiF, quartz and LiF(Mg, P, Cu) dosimeter was obtained using the BG2003 luminescence spectrograph. It will offer good data for the studies on the theory of energy band.
