影响格架与厚壁导向管电阻点焊的因素及熔核形核原理初步分析
Analysis on Factors Affecting Spot Welding of Grid to Thick Guide Thimble and Principles of Nugget Formation

摘要: 在首次使用厚壁导向管(壁厚1.18 mm)生产时,在格架与导向管电阻点焊金相样品的检查中曾发现过异常现象。针对这一现象安排试验,重点从金相检查方面进行各种试验与研究,对壁厚1.18 mm导向管与格架压力电阻点焊的影响因素及其形核原理进行了初步分析,为更好地进行生产打下了良好的基础。Abstract: Abnormal phenomenon was observed on the metallographic samples of grids spot-welded to guide thimbles when CJNF firstly used the thick guide thimbles (thickness 1.18 mm). Some tests focusing on the metallographic examinations were carried out. The factors affecting spot welding of grids to thick guide thimbles and the principle of nugget formation were analyzed. The analysis results set up good foundation for the future manufacture.
