Control of the First Brazed Seam Rate in Model CANDU-6 Nuclear Fuel Element Manufacture

  • 摘要: 钎焊是CANDU-6型核燃料元件制造过程中的重要工艺环节,其一次焊合率的高低将影响后续坡口尺寸加工的稳定性、芯块装管的难易程度以及端塞密封焊接质量。因此,需对钎焊的一次焊合率进行很好地控制,尽量降低一次未焊合率。本工作对焊接工艺参数、铍涂层厚度及支承垫质量等因素对一次焊合率的影响进行分析,并通过实验确定了对焊接工艺参数、铍涂层厚度及支承垫质量的控制范围,达到了较好控制钎焊一次焊合率的目的。

     

    Abstract: The first brazed seam rate of braze welding which is the important craft link in manufacture process of model CANDU-6 nuclear fuel element will influence the stability of braze welding that follow up slope mouth processed and measurement, and the core agglomeration fills in complexity and end cap welding of the seal and the quality. So we should control the first brazed seam rate well and reduce the first unbrazed seam rate. The influence of the factors, such as the craft parameter, quality of the thickness of the beryllium coating and supporting cushion, etc. to the first brazed seam rate was explained, and the welding craft parameter, the thickness of beryllium coating and control range which supports the quality of the cushion through the experiment were confirmed. The purpose to control the first brazed seam rate was achieved.
