结构及拘束应力对合金化Mo-3Nb单晶焊接的影响
Stress Concentration and Constraint Force Influencing Electron Beam Welding of Mo-3Nb Monocrystal Alloy

摘要: 通过对合金化Mo-3Nb单晶电子束焊缝的微观检验及分析,阐明了单晶焊接过程中工件所受应力对焊缝组织结构的危害,讨论了应力导致单晶焊缝内出现亚晶、孪晶及再结晶微裂纹的机理。研究结果不仅为设计和制定单晶焊接工艺提供了参考建议,而且为消除应力对单晶焊接的危害以及提高单晶焊缝质量提供了理论依据。Abstract: Through observing microstructure of electron beam welding of molybdenum and niobium monocrystal alloy, it is seen that the stress inflicted by machine or welding can induce subcrystal, twin crystal and flaw in monocrystal welding process. Based on the theoretic analysis for engendered these welding defects, the way how to avoid the defects inflicted by stress coming from outside during welding was proposed.
