气泡探测器固化体研制

Preparation of Elastic Polymer for Bubble Detector

  • 摘要: 利用丙烯酰胺的自由基聚合反应制备了中子气泡损伤探测器的固化体,并研究了引发剂浓度和催化剂浓度对凝胶化的影响。结果表明,引发剂浓度为0.2%~0.4%、催化剂浓度为0.05%~0.10%是较适宜的凝胶化条件。

     

    Abstract: This study concerns in the preparation of elastic polymer for bubble detector by free radical polymerization of acrymide.Optimized conditions were obtained on the basis of the study on the influences of concentrations of initiator and catalyzer on the induction period, reaction period and temperature peak of the response. The results indicate that the concentrations of initiator between 0.2% and 0.4% and the concentrations of catalyzer between 0.05% and 0.10% are proper.
