摘要: 利用聚合物溶液的热致相分离和冷冻干燥技术,制备出了具有开放状网络孔洞结构的超低密度微孔聚乙烯泡沫。所得泡沫密度为5.8 mg/cm3,对应的平均孔径为25 μm。结构分析结果表明,泡沫的结构主要取决于聚乙烯溶液的相分离过程。Abstract: The ultra-low density porous polyethylene foams with open-network structure, density of 5.8 mg/cm3, corresponding cell size of 25 μm were fabricated by the thermally-induced phase separation (TIPS) technique and the freeze-drying technique. The experiments show that the morphologies of these foams are determined by the thermodynamics and kinetics of phase separation.
