反应堆压力容器出口接管力学分析

Stress and Fatigue Analysis for Outlet Nozzle of Nuclear Reactor Pressure Vessel

  • 摘要: 在核电站的运行过程中,反应堆压力容器出口接管需承受自重、内压、热膨胀、地震和管道载荷。作为保证反应堆安全正常运行的重要部件,必须确保反应堆压力容器出口接管的完整性。本工作应用大型有限元程序ANSYS对压力容器出口接管进行应力强度和疲劳分析,得到出口接管的应力分布状况、最大应力及疲劳使用系数,并按照相关规范的应力限值对出口接管的计算结果进行评定。评定结果表明,出口接管满足规范的要求。

     

    Abstract: The loads applied on the outlet nozzle of nuclear reactor pressure vessel are weight, pressure, thermal expansion, earthquake and pipe loadings during the running of the nuclear power station. The integrality of outlet nozzle is very important to nuclear reactor operates normally. The general purpose finite element program ANSYS was used for 3D stress and fatigue analysis to get the stress distribution and fatigue usage factor. The results of the evaluation are based on applicable criteria. The outlet nozzle is evaluated to demonstrate with applicable criteria.
