基于初应变理论的螺栓预紧力加载方法在应力分析中的应用
Application in Pre-load Approach of Bolts Based on Initial Strain Theory to Stress Analysis

摘要: 本文针对在ANSYS中建立起来的下泄热交换器下法兰设计载荷下的计算模型,提出一种用初应变法解决下泄热交换器下法兰螺栓预紧力加载的方法。在螺栓三维梁单元参数中定义梁单元的初应变,等同获得预紧力引起的初始应力场,成功解决计算模型的螺栓预紧力加载问题。并对下泄热交换器下法兰在设计载荷条件下给出了应力计算分析结果。Abstract: In this paper, ANSYS software was adopted to carry out the stress analysis of lower flange of heat exchanger under design loads. Initial strain theory of beam element was exclusively used to solve the problem applying pre-load force to the bots on the structure. Stress analysis was performed in accordance with relative requirements in this paper. The result shows that the stress values of the lower flange meet the requirements in ASME B&PV code.
