Critical Speed Analysis of Active Magnetic Bearing-Test Rotor for HTR-10GT

  • 摘要: 临界转速的计算是转子动力学分析的一个基础课题,其计算结果的准确性至关重要。本文以磁力轴承过弯曲临界转速的实验台架为研究对象,采用Samcef Rotor动力学软件,分析了实验转子的临界转速和振型,并深入研究了临界转速与支承刚度的关系。相关结论为磁力轴承控制系统设计提供重要的数值依据。

     

    Abstract: The evaluation of the critical speed is a basic subject in the rotor dynamics analysis, and its accuracy is very important. The simulation of active magnetic bearing (AMB)-test rotor for the HTR-10GT was presented, and critical speeds and models were obtained by using Samcef Rotor software. The relationship between the critical speed and the bearing stiffness was also analyzed. The conclusion can offer an important numerical basis for the design of the AMB control system.
