Dynamic Fracture Initiation Toughness Computation of Crack in Pipe Welding Field Under Impact Loading

  • 摘要: 冲击载荷作用下管道焊缝裂纹的起始扩展研究对管道系统的安全性和寿命预测具有重要意义。文章以实验为基础,采用大型有限元软件ABAQUS对动态断裂实验进行有限元数值模拟,研究三维动态断裂力学的有限元建模技术及其有限元网格生成技术。通过计算,得到了0Cr18Ni10Ti管道焊缝材料在冲击载荷作用下的动态起裂韧性。

     

    Abstract: The initiation propagation research of the crack in welding field under impact loading has important significance to the safety assessment and life prediction of nuclear piping system. On the basis of the dynamic fracture experiment, the dynamic fracture experiment was simulated with the advanced finite element software ABAQUS, and the finite element modeling technology of three dimension dynamic fracture mechanics and meshing skill were studied. The dynamic fracture initiation toughness of the 0Cr18Ni10Ti piping welding under the impact loading by computing was got.
