Synthesis and Extractive Property Evaluation of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-caprylpyrazolone-5

摘要: 通过1-苯基-3-甲基-吡唑啉酮-5(PMP)与辛酰氯合成萃取剂1-苯基-3-甲基-4-辛酰基吡唑啉酮-5(PMCyP),并对其萃取Sr的影响因素,如酸度、Sr浓度、萃取时间和稀释剂等进行研究。实验获得的Sr的最佳萃取条件为:以甲基异丁酮(MIBK)为稀释剂,配制成5 g/L的PMCyP溶液,调节溶液的pH至9.0,萃取平衡时间为1 min,反萃液为0.1 mol/L HCl溶液。通过调节萃取液的pH值,可实现Sr和Y的分离,并可将其用于裂变产物中放射性Sr的分离。实验测得10 mL 1 g/L PMCyP-MIBK对Sr的饱和萃取容量约为1 mg,萃合比为3∶1。

Abstract: 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-caprylpyrazolone-5(PMCyP) was synthesized from 1-phenyl-3-methyl-pyrazolone-5 (PMP) and caprylyl chloride, and some extraction parameters were investigated such as the acidity, the concentration of Sr, the time of the extraction and the thinners. 5 g/L PMCyP-MIBK, pH=9.0 and 1 min of extraction are testified the best condition. The final solution of Sr is stored in 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid. Strontium and yttrium can be separated by changing the acidity, and it can be used to separate the radioactive Sr from matrix. The saturation of 10 mL 1 g/L PMCyP-MIBK is about 1 mg, and the stoichiometric proportion to Sr is 3∶1 in extraction.-
