摘要: 加速器质谱数据获取与测量控制系统是能否实现高灵敏度10Be测量的关键因素之一。为开展高灵敏度10Be测量,对北京大学加速器质谱数据获取和测量控制系统进行了升级改造。在描述重要硬件和软件功能的基础上,重点阐述系统结构、主控软件流程和数据获取与测量控制系统在高灵敏度10Be测量中的作用。Abstract: In order to measure 10Be with better sensitivity and higher count rate, data-acquisition and measurement control system of PKUAMS, which was based on an EN tandem, was upgraded. The hardware structure, software design and the performance of the new data-acquisition system were described in the paper.
