300 kV穿墙管实验研究

Experimental Study of 300 kV Wall Pipe

  • 摘要: 使用中间充装SF6气体作为绝缘气体的陶瓷管外管、不锈钢内管,设计了适用于高辐射环境下使用的紧凑型高压穿墙套管,使用环氧树脂管模型代替陶瓷管进行了电压实验。实验结果表明,这种设计结构在耐压性能上能够满足使用要求,但要消除电晕还需进行细化改进设计。

     

    Abstract: A compact type wall pipe working in the environment of high radiation was designed. It consists of stainless steal inner pipe and ceramic bushing, and fills with SF6 as insulating gas in cavity. A model with epoxy pipe as an alternative of ceramic bushing was manufactured and the test of withstand-voltage performance was carried out. The experiment shows that the wall pipe is qualified in withstand-voltage but improvement is needed to decrease the surface corona.
