核素示踪分子功能检测及靶向治疗应用现状

Situation of Molecular Functional Measurement With Radionuclide Tracing Technique and Targeted Treatment

  • 摘要: 近年来,随着分子生物学技术的广泛应用和放射性核素示踪技术的迅速发展,核素示踪分子功能检测及靶向治疗应用异军崛起,在人类健康预防、保健与疾病诊治中发挥了重要作用,并取得了令人瞩目的成就。根据国内外文献报道和多年来我们的实际工作经验及体会,对核医学核素示踪分子功能显像进行了概述,介绍了其关键技术和近年来的应用研究热点。

     

    Abstract: With wide application of molecular biology and rapid development of radionuclide tracing techniques, radionuclide tracing molecular functional measurements and targeted treatment application became a new force and more and more popular and widespread. It is well known that radionuclide tracing technique plays a very important role in taking precaution against diseases, keeping human healthcare and diagnosing of the diseases, and has significant achievements. According to abroad and domestic references and our experience on experimental and clinical practice, the radionuclide tracing technique, key technologies and recent focus on application studies were described briefly.
