平板电离室的研制及改进

Development of Plane-Parallel Ionization Chamber

  • 摘要: 研制了用于10~40 MeV质子剂量测量的灵敏体积为0.055 cm3的平板电离室,并对其各输出特性进行了实验测量研究。电离室采用平行板静电喷涂石墨电极,利用激光腐蚀的方法雕刻保护极和收集极间的凹槽。金属化孔的焊接方法降低了电离室的加工难度,避免了传统的布线模式。

     

    Abstract: The plane-parallel ionization chamber with 0.055 cm3 sensitive volume was developed for measuring the dose of proton in 10-40 MeV and its characteristics were studied. The electrodes of chamber were arranged in parallel and made of carbon. Making use of laser-erosion, the annular groove was carved between guard ring and collecting electrode. In order to reduce the manufacture difficulty and avoid the conventional mode of cable arrangement, a new technique was adopted to weld on the aperture which was gilt.
