城市二级出水换热污垢实验台搭建及初步实验

Build of Experiment Device About Municipal Secondary Effluent Fouling and Preliminary Experiments

  • 摘要: 介绍了城市二级出水换热污垢研究流动换热实验台的搭建。通过此实验台可对城市二级出水板式换热器的传热性能、结垢行为和腐蚀行为进行实验室可控条件的研究。配合以北京市清河污水处理厂的二级出水为再生水源的间接式热泵现场实验系统,能为城市二级出水源热泵的推广应用提供参考依据。经检验,搭建的实验台可满足实验范围和实验精度的要求,达到了预期的效果。

     

    Abstract: The experimental device of flowage and heat exchange in municipal secondary effluent heat exchange was introduced, which was built to research on the heat transfer performance, fouling and corrosion behavior of a municipal secondary effluent plate heat exchanger. With the indirect reclaimed water source heat pump system, which utilizes the secondary effluent from Qinghe sewage treatment plant in Beijing as the heat source, the experimental decice can offer the application and improvement of the municipal secondary effluent source heat pump. After testing, this system is previous enough in experimental scope.
