Vacuum Control System of BEPCⅡ Storage Ring

  • 摘要: 北京正负电子对撞机重大改造工程(BEPCⅡ)的储存环真空控制系统是基于分布式实时控制软件EPICS架构设计的。真空控制系统负责储存环真空数据的采集、监测和真空阀门的联锁控制,确保真空设备维持超高真空状态。该系统自2006年11月初投入运行至今,一直工作稳定。

     

    Abstract: The vacuum control system of the storage ring was designed for the Beijing Electron-Positron Collider Upgrade Project (BEPCⅡ). To keep the pressure of vacuum chamber in ultra high vacuum (UHV) status, the system is based on the structure of the distributed real time software EPICS, which is responsible of gathering, monitoring vacuum data and of the interlock control of the vacuum valves. The vacuum control system has worked well since November in 2006.
