Abstract:
235U enrichment in uranium samples were measured and verified using the γ-spectrometry and special PC/FRAM code. Different plots on two uranium targets were measured, which was selected randomly. The results show that the relative deviation between measured
235U enrichment and declared value is less than 3%, thus it can be concluded that γ-spectrometry is efficient in verifying
235U enrichment in uranium samples. This method could provide some references for measurement of nuclear material.
