多孔氧化铝的制备及表征

Preparation and Characterization of Porous Alumina

  • 摘要: 采用两类不同制备方法,分别制备出多孔氧化铝薄膜和多孔粉末氧化铅。薄膜多孔氧化铝的制备是通过二次阳极氧化法来实现。经不同电压下的一次阳极氧化、二次阳极氧化以及相同电压下的时间单因素实验可知,制备薄膜氧化铝的最佳工艺条件为:二次阳极氧化时间,7 h;氧化电压,40 V。分别使用加热法、水热法、溶胶凝胶法制备粉末多孔氧化铝,利用XRD、热分析、N2吸附脱附和TEM对粉末多孔氧化铝进行表征。溶胶凝胶法制备的粉末氧化铝比表面积最大,达到263 m2/g,且具有较宽的孔径分布、较大的孔容。

     

    Abstract: The porous alumina with different poroperties, porous alumina film and power porous aluminum were respectively prepared by two type methods. The porous alumina film on Al foil was prepared at different anodic voltage oxidation time by quadratic anodic oxidation. The most suitable experiment condition is quadratic anodic oxidation time is 7 h and voltage is 40 V. There are three methods that can prepare porous alumina powder, heating method, hydro-thermal method, sol-gel method. Alumina was characterized by XRD, thermal analysis, N2 adsorption desorption and TEM, the biggest surface area is the one which is prepared by sol-gel method, it is 263 m2/g, it also has concentrated pore size distribution.
