Li4SiO4陶瓷微球的间接湿法制备工艺与表征

Fabrication and Characterization of Lithium Orthosilicate Ceramic Pebbles by Indirect Wet Process

  • 摘要: 以碳酸锂、二氧化硅为原料,用间接湿法工艺制备Li4SiO4(正硅酸锂)陶瓷微球,主要过程为将反应原料混合物的悬浊液经冷冻成型工艺一步成球,再经反应烧结获得Li4SiO4陶瓷微球。通过调节体系固相含量和烧结温度等关键工艺条件,制备出粒径为0.5~1.0 mm的Li4SiO4陶瓷微球。Li4SiO4陶瓷微球表面和断面具有丰富的孔道结构,微球的表观密度为85%T.D.(理论密度);Li4SiO4的晶相为α相,相纯达99%,Li含量为21.7%,球形度优于1.04,目标微球的平均抗压强度为45 N。

     

    Abstract: Indirect wet process was adopted to fabricate lithium orthosilicate (Li4SiO4) ceramic pebbles, including one-step sphere shaping and reaction sintering. By verifying the solid phase percent and sintering temperature, the pebbles diameter could be controlled from 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm. Surface and fracture of the pebbles have abundant channel structures. The obtained ceramic pebble is α phase and phase purity accounts for 99%, Li content is 21.7%, the density is up to 85%T.D. (theory density), sphericity is better than 1.04, and the average crush load is about 45 N.
