实验研究靶对超热电子行为的影响

Experimental Investigation of Effects on Hot Electron Behaviors for Various Target Parameters

  • 摘要: 研究了靶材料及靶厚度对超热电子产生机制及空间行为的影响。研究结果表明,在激光以45°角入射的条件下,靶材料对超热电子产生机制无明显影响,但靶材厚度对激光吸收效率有很大影响,而超热电子的空间行为并不随靶厚度变化,主要集中在靶前后表面的法线方向发射。

     

    Abstract: The effects of hot electron generation mechanisms and space behaviors depending on target materials and thickness were studied. At the condition of laser incidence angle with 45°, there are no obvious effects for hot electron generation mechanisms with different target materials, but there are obvious effects on laser absorption efficiency for different target thickness, and hot electron space behaviors do not alter with target thickness, and hot electron emission mainly concentrates on the normal of front and rear surface of targets.
