含氚泵油处理技术研究

Treatment Technology for Pump Oil With Tritium

  • 摘要: 本文选择粘土、硅藻土、蛭石粉、Nochar 4种材料作为泵油的吸收质,通过实验,确定了它们的吸油率分别为0.316﹕1、1.079﹕1、1.196﹕1、2.0﹕1;渗油率为2.099%、8.155%、3.90%、0.028%;体积膨胀率为398%、266%、312%、437%。经综合考虑,推荐采用Nochar 处理比放较高的含氚泵油;而蛭石粉、粘土处理比放较低的含氚泵油。

     

    Abstract: Based on investigation, adopting clay, diatomite, vermiculite powder and Nochar as absorbent of oil, the capability of absorbent were studied. The result shows that optimum bonding ratios (oil﹕absorbent) are 0.316﹕1, 1.079﹕1, 1.196﹕1 and 2.0﹕1 respectively; oil leaching rates are 2.099%, 8.15%, 3.90% and 0.028% respectively; volume expansions are 398%, 266%, 312% and 437%, respectively. So, Nochar is a favourable absorbent for treating high-radioactivity pump oil, lennilite and clay are favourable absorbents for treating low-radioactivity pump oil.
