管长对立式倒U型管蒸汽发生器流动不稳定性的影响分析

Influence of U-Tube Length on Flow Instability of Vertically Inverted U-Tube Steam Generator

  • 摘要: 自然循环条件下,立式倒U型管蒸汽发生器(UTSG)并联倒U型传热管内存在非均匀流动,部分传热管出现倒流。本工作建立一维、稳态条件下传热管内流动换热模型,采用线性微扰理论对倒流的发生机理进行研究,认为倒流是一种典型的Ledinegg流动不稳定性。结果表明,在进口条件一定时,传热管管长与发生流动不稳定性的特征压降呈非线性关系,存在具有最大特征压降的特征管长。

     

    Abstract: For natural circulation, it is shown that parallel flow in the tubes of vertically inverted U-tube team generator (UTSG) can be non-uniform, and reverse flow occurs within some tubes. A flow model of one-dimension, steady state was formed. According to the linear perturbation theory, the mechanism of reverse flow was studied. Reverse flow is considered as a typical Ledinegg instability. It is nonlinear relationship between U-tube length and characteristic pressure drop when instability happens. And there exists characteristic U-tube length which has the largest characteristic pressure drop.
