凸度仪钢板厚度分布重建算法研究

Research on Reconstruction Algorithm for Instantaneous Steel Strip Profile Gauge

  • 摘要: X射线热轧钢板凸度仪利用双X射线源、双排电离室阵列探测器获取钢板横截面厚度分布的两组投影数据。本文利用双X射线源与双排阵列探测器的几何布局,以及对钢板横断面厚度分布连续性的先验条件,使用钢板横断面厚度分布的两组投影数据,在钢板横断面两边缘位置确定后,完成对钢板横断面厚度分布的重建。该重建算法目前已在实际的凸度仪系统样机中使用。

     

    Abstract: The X-ray profile gauge for hot steel strip gets two projections of the cross-section in the steel strip using two Xray sources and two arrays of gas-filled ionization chambers. Combining the information of the relative positions of the two X-ray sources and the two arrays of detectors, the information about the surface of the hot steel strip and the thickness information provided by the two projections of the cross-section, the two edges of the cross-section were computed successfully and the thickness distribution of the cross-section was reconstructed. The algorithm provided here has been used successfully in the gauge.
