凸度仪系统机械参数确定方法研究

Research on Mechanical Parameters for X-ray Instantaneous Profile Gauge for Hot Steel Strip

  • 摘要: 在双X射线源、双电离室阵列探测器构成的钢板凸度仪系统中,射线源、探测器阵列以及钢板之间的位置关系(凸度仪的机械参数),是决定系统精度的关键因素之一。本研究基于实际的凸度仪系统,结合X射线源的实际张角能力,利用噪声分析的方法,研究系统的机械参数对测量精度的影响规律。通过对该影响规律的分析,即可根据系统精度需求、所需达到的分辨率,以及X射线源的张角大小,获取优化的凸度仪机械参数。在凸度仪样机的构建过程中,该方法得到了实际应用。

     

    Abstract: In the X-ray profile gauge for hot steel strip constructed with two X-ray sources and two arrays of gas-filled ionization chambers, one of the crucial factors that affects the accuracy of the gauge is the relative positions of the two X-ray sources, the two arrays of the detectors and the steel strip. Based on the practice profile gauge, the principle how mechanical parameters affect the accuracy of the gauge was researched by combining source angle and noise analysis. When the demands of accuracy and resolution are given and the angle of the X-ray source is known, the optimal parameters can be got by analyzing the deduced principle. In the practice gauge, the method was successfully used.
