Theoretical Analysis of Heat Transfer for Liquid Metal Through Tube Bundles

  • 摘要: 液态金属棒束传热研究在快堆中有重要的应用价值。采用六边形的传热单元,等边三角形布置的棒束传热问题可转化成同心环管的传热问题。引入水力直径修正及温差、热混合两项温度修正后,得到了全新的三角形布置的棒束顺流传热关系式,对实验数据取得了良好的预测效果。同时发现,温度修正的第2项可作为子通道方法中有效混合长度的计算式。

     

    Abstract: The heat transfer for liquid metal through tube bundles is very important to fast reactors. Heat transfer for equilateral triangular bundles could be changed to heat transfer for annulus by using hexagonal heat transfer unit. After introducing hydraulic diameter correction and temperature correction for temperature difference and heat mixing, a new correlation for parallel flow of liquid metal through equilateral triangular bundles was derived. The new correlation matches with pre-existing experimental data well. It is also found that the second term of temperature correction can be used as a correlation for effective mixing length used in a subchannel approach.
