线缆X射线瞬态响应的电路模型计算

Circuit Model of Wires and Cables X-ray Transient Responses

  • 摘要: 建立了同轴电缆和腔体内带保护层导线、裸导线X射线瞬态辐照响应的电路计算模型,该模型考虑了X射线辐照线缆时电子的运动规律及瞬态响应的产生机理,适用于瞬态响应的规律研究和工程预估。结合实例,介绍了计算模型中电流源、电容参数的物理意义及其计算方法,采用该模型计算了同轴屏蔽电缆的X射线瞬态响应,并与数值计算结果进行了比较。结果表明,电容的计算是采用电路模型计算响应的关键,采用衰减法计算的电子射程更适合计算电容。

     

    Abstract: The transient response can be generated by the interaction of nuclear explosion rays with materials in systems which include the X-ray direct responses on wires and cables. The circuit model which was used for the X-ray direct responses research and engineering prediction was proposed. In the model, the electrons movement trail and responses mechanisms were considered. Current source and capacitance definition and its expressions in the circuit model were introduced. As an example, center conductor voltages of the load under the condition of matching load of cable ends were calculated using the circuit model for X-ray with energy of 300 keV. The numerical results indicate that the capacitance is the key parameter for the circuit model, and the electron attenuation coefficient is appropriate for the electrons range and capacitance calculation.
