125I种子源制备相关技术研究

Sequent Research on 125I Seed Source

  • 摘要: 本文研究了采用镀钯工艺制备的125I种子源源芯的光稳定性,分析了源芯的表面成分,对源芯剂量分布均匀性进行了判断,进行了源芯的自屏蔽效应研究,并对源芯的焊封条件进行了考察。结果表明,采用镀钯工艺制备的种子源源芯光稳定性很好,125I主要以物理吸附的方式吸附在基材上,分布非常均匀,自屏蔽系数为64%左右。确定了激光焊机对源芯进行密封的参数。

     

    Abstract: The experiments for testing photic stability of the seed source core, the analysis of the surface composition, the estimation for uniformity of dose distributing of the seed source core, the research on self-shield effect of the seed source core, and the investigation for welding seed source core were carried on. The results show that the photic stability of the seed source core prepared by plating palladium is better, 125I distributes on basic material by physical adsorption evenly, and the self-shield coefficient is about 64%. The parameters of welding seed source core by laser weld were confirmed.
