基于PXI-5105示波器卡的数据获取系统

Data Acquisition System Based on PXI-5105 Scope Card

摘要: 为满足质子诱发碎裂反应研究设备（PISA）中探测器系统测试的需求，研制了一套基于PXI-5105示波器卡的数据获取系统。该系统最高采样率达60 M/s，可采集宽度为μs量级的波形信号。系统工作在Windows XP操作系统下，通过一个简易操作的图形用户界面（GUI）控制。数据的在线显示和分析程序基于CERN的ROOT分析平台。通过实验检验，系统工作稳定，最大数据获取速率达50 MB/s。

Abstract: The data acquisition and analysis system for the detector system test of the proton-induced spallation (PISA) experimental project was developed based on PXI-5105 scope card. The maximum sample rate of the system can be up to 60 M/s, and it can capture the width of the order of microsecond waveform signals. The system was controlled by using a user- friendly graphical interface (GUI) on a Windows XP operation system. The online display and analysis code were based on the ROOT framework. The tests show that the system is reliable. The maximum data acquisition rate of 50 MB/s is achieved.
