Analysis Method of γ-ray Spectrum for Calculating Abundance of 240Pu

  • 摘要: 构建了多重峰模型,在算法上采用改进非线性最小二乘拟合法,对多重峰峰面积进行拟合计算,回避了关联扣除带来的风险。实验表明:使用开发的γ属性分析例程分析的240Pu丰度不确定度较原来的分析算法降低1倍,在95%的置信概率下测量不确定度小于10%。

     

    Abstract: A γ-ray spectrum analysis algorithms of multi-overlap-peak model and Levenberg-Marquardt (an improved nonlinear least squares fitting) for 240Pu abundance were developed to achieve accurate results. The peak area calculation can avoid the risks of associated subtraction by multi-peak fitting directly. The experiment results show that the improved method can give better results of 240Pu abundance, compared with the previous algorithm. The uncertainty of 240Pu abundance is less than 10% at 95% confidence level.
