100~500 keV能区9Be(d,n)10B反应中子产额及角分布测量
Measurement of Neutron Yield and Angular Distribution of 9Be(d,n)10B Reaction Between 100 keV and 500 keV

摘要: 金属铍具有较稳定的理化性质,同时也易与入射的轻核粒子发生反应产生中子,在小型中子发生器的研制中具有其他靶材所不具有的优势。 9Be(d,n)10B反应的中子产额和中子角分布数据,尤其是低能区的数据,对小型中子发生器的设计非常重要。本文在中国原子能科学研究院的600 kV高压倍加器上测量了100~500 keV能区9Be(d,n)10B反应的中子产额和中子角分布。Abstract: Because of the stability and high neutron yield, metal beryllium can be used as the neutron source target in portable neutron generator. However, the yield and angular distribution of 9Be(d,n)10B reaction are not available in the low energy range, which is important for the design of portable neutron generator. The neutron yield and angular distribution at 5 energy points between 100 keV and 500 keV were measured at 600 kV CCW accelerator in CIAE.
