中子辐照产生的初级离位原子能谱的蒙特卡罗研究

Monte-Carlo Study on Primary Knock-on Atom Energy Spectrum Produced by Neutron Radiation

  • 摘要: 建立了1套中子辐照产生的初级离位原子能谱的计算方法。利用MCNP的DBCN外围卡参数的合理设置实现在计算输出文件中输出所有抽样中子的历史跟踪记录,对源粒子与靶物质作用位置、作用类型、转移能量进行统计,得到初级离位原子的能量和空间分布等信息。该方法较好地解决了蒙特卡罗计算中随机数的随机性问题和随机抽样计算的效率问题,计算效率高,结果的统计性较好,可信度高。同时可获得初级离位原子的能量分布和空间分布三维图,对于评价材料的辐照性能和后继的辐照缺陷演化研究具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Computational method on energy distribution of primary knock-on atom (PKA) produced by neutron radiation was built in the paper. Based on the DBCN card in MCNP, reaction position, reaction type and energy transfer between neutrons and atoms were recorded. According to statistic of these data, energy and space distributions of PKAs were obtained. The method resolves preferably randomicity of random number and efficiency of random sampling computation. The results show small statistical fluctuation and well statistical. Three-dimensional figure of energy and space distribution of PKAs were obtained, which would be important to evaluate radiation capability of materials and study radiation damage by neutrons.
