Abstract: According to the power operation performance test data of Chashima-Ⅱ （C-2） Nuclear Power Plant, the causes of the power problem that the level could not reach the predictive value were found out in each aspect of design and system commission, and the technical opinion was given. Further more, the optimized scheme and attentions focused on nuclear power plant design and commission were stated.
