核燃料后处理厂钚尾端工艺方案的探讨

Research on Technologic Project of Plutonium Conversion on Nuclear Fuel Cycle Plant

  • 摘要: 通过调研国内外后处理厂钚尾端工艺的生产流程,对批式和连续生产流程进行了对比,得出拟建的大厂钚尾端拟优先采用连续处理流程和设备。根据钚尾端连续流程特点,对设备的处理能力、运行稳定性、设备密封性和可维修等性能均有较高要求,对连续沉淀器、连续过滤机、连续焙烧炉、连续匀化器等主要设备从功能和工艺要求上进行了初步设想。

     

    Abstract: To research plutonium conversion process information on nuclear fuel recycle plant and compare the difference from intermittent and successive process, it is suggested that the successive process is better for the large nuclear fuel recycle plant in the future. There are strict requests to the equipments in successive process, for example throughput, stability, sealed identity and servicing based on it. According to the function and technologic requests, there is a preliminary plan about the key equipments, such as successive precipitator, the successive filtrator, the successive calcinator, the successive homogenizer and so on.
