Abstract:
The vacuum control system of ADS (accelerator driven sub-critical system) injector Ⅱ is based on the real-time distributed control software of experimental physics and industrial control system (EPICS). The driver module such as SteamDevice which is based on the data-flow device, CSS and JDBC were used to monitor the site vacuum equipment and to query the historical data of the equipment’s state via the remote network. The IOC control module StreamDevice was adopted in the IO intelligent interfaces of the EPICS device control layer, which can monitor the serial port and Ethernet that is usually used in the vacuum gauges, ion pumps and PLC. The control system as a whole can remote acquire data, monitor the control of the vacuum valves, and make it sure that the equipment keeps high vacuum state and the beam to be stable.
