Abstract: The sorts and basic principles of medical rescue for nuclear accident were introduced. The characteristic of medical emergency support within the submarine, scene disposition points and radiation protection measures of emergency work personnel were analyzed when an accident occurred on sea. They have guide meaning and practical significance to medical emergency support for nuclear accident on sea in our country in the future.
