高温气冷堆石墨堆芯结构双层模型抗震研究

Seismic Study on Double-Layer Model of HTR Graphite Core Structure

  • 摘要: 石墨堆芯结构包围球床堆芯,是高温气冷堆的重要组成部分。为满足其长期安全可靠运行的要求,使其设计合理、完整性得到保证,对石墨堆芯结构的动力学响应和结构完整性进行了研究,揭示其在运行中承受各种载荷条件(特别是地震)下的动态响应。完成的石墨堆芯结构双层模型抗震台试验中,测量模型在各种地震作用下的动力特性变化;考核石墨结构的刚度(变形)、强度和位移;分析榫、键等石墨构件的受力变形状况,整体结构的扭转。统计石墨构件经抗震试验后的破损数量,并分析了其破坏原因;通过初步的试验和模拟对比分析,探讨了石墨结构动力学响应的主要影响因素。为今后完成更大比例更复杂石墨堆芯结构模型抗震研究奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: Graphite core structure contains pebble bed core, which is a key part of high temperature gas-cooled reactor. The dynamic response and structural integrality were studied under kinds of loads, especially earthquake, to meet the requirement of long term safe operation and sound design. The seismic test program on double-layer graphite core model, which is the part of HTR-PM side reflector structure, was carried out. Dynamic behavior including frequency response, acceleration, flexibility and bricks relative displacement were recorded. The keys and dowels stress, strain and destroy were analyzed. The important influencing factors were discussed by test and simulation results comparison. The experience obtained by the seismic test can improve the future more complicate graphite core structural seismic model research.
